Daittons Roundtables may operate through WhatsApp groups and other shared communication spaces.
If you join a Daittons Roundtable WhatsApp group, you acknowledge that certain information may be visible to other members of that group, including:
- your name as displayed on WhatsApp
- your phone number associated with WhatsApp
- your profile image or profile details visible through your own WhatsApp settings
- messages, comments or contributions you choose to post in the group
By joining a Roundtable group, you understand that this is a shared community environment and that some personal information will necessarily be visible to other participants within that group context.
We encourage members to be mindful of the personal information they choose to share in group discussions and networking interactions.
Daittons will take reasonable steps to moderate and manage Roundtable environments professionally, but cannot control how members independently save, view or respond to information voluntarily shared by other participants within a group environment.
